Players registering for the main tournament will do so on Friday at the LVL UP Expo. All registrations for events held throughout the weekend will be done on-site.
The Roundtable Open Format Panel
  • This is a 1v1 open rank international osu! tournament played on osu!lazer.
  • All players must join the discord server and have a valid badge to attend the LVL UP Expo 2026.
  • There will be a qualifier round played on-site to determine seeding. Then, the top 24 players will move on to a double elimination bracket with the top 16 players in winners' bracket and the bottom 8 players in losers' bracket.
  • There will be a bracket reset in the Grand Finals if necessary.
  • Matches in RO24/RO16 and QF are Best of 7 one ban.
  • Matches in SF are Best of 9 one ban.
  • Matches in RO24/RO16, QF, and SF are one ban per player.
  • Matches in F and GF are Best of 11 two bans.
  • The ban order is always AB for RO24/RO16, QF, and SF.
  • The ban order is always ABBA for F and GF.
  • The bracket stage will follow traditional seeding as follows: #1 vs #16, #2 vs #15, etc.
  • All times are in UTC. Find your own time zone here. Alternatively, the current time in UTC is displayed on the main spreadsheet.
The Roundtable Open Qualifiers Panel
  • There will be qualifier lobbies open throughout the qualification day; players can sign up for whichever lobby fits their schedule.
  • Qualifiers will be played on Head-to-Head.
  • The lobby will play through the entire map pool twice in order, and each player's score after every map will be recorded. Each player's best score on each map is used to determine seeding.
  • Players are not directly competing with the other players in their lobby.
  • Qualifiers will be scored based on Percent Max.
  • The top 24 players will advance to the double-elimination bracket stage with the top 16 advancing to winners' bracket round of 16 and seeds 17-24 advancing to the losers' bracket round 1.
The Roundtable Open Mappool Panel
  • There will be three mappools total: qualifiers, RO16/QF, and SF-GF.
  • As the tournament is on osu!lazer, there will be picks that make use of lazer-exclusive mods.
  • Expect the following star ratings for an equivalent aim consistency "NM1" map:
    • Qualifiers: 7*
    • RO16/QF: 6.8*
    • SF-GF: 7.4*
The Roundtable Open Rules Panel
  • A referee will make the lobby at least 5 minutes before the match and ping the players in the discord server about their match. Players should be online to receive their invites.
  • Players will !roll to determine pick and ban order. The winner of the roll chooses either the pick order or the ban order, and the loser chooses the remaining order.
  • For example, if player 1 wins the roll and chooses to ban second, player 2 can choose to either pick first or second.
  • If a player is not in the lobby by 5 minutes after the scheduled match start time, they lose all their bans.
  • If a player is not in the lobby by 10 minutes after the scheduled match start time, they forfeit the match.
  • The above rules may be waived due to technical issues on-site.
  • Banned maps are effectively removed from the mappool for that match.
  • There are no restrictions on consecutive picks or bans.
  • Each player has 60 seconds to pick/ban a map. After a player picks a map, both players have 30 seconds to ready up for the map.
    • If a player does not ban a map in the allotted time, their ban is forfeit.
    • If a player does not pick a map in the allotted time, their pick is skipped over.
    • If a player does not pick a map in the allotted time, and it is the first pick of the match, their pick is given to the other player.
    • If a player is not ready in the allotted time, the referee will use !mp start 10 and start the match regardless of the lobby state.
    • Referees may use their best discretion when enforcing timers.
  • All mods are allowed on the tiebreaker; however, all scores will be divided by their mod multiplier. Players are not required to take any mods on the tiebreaker.
  • In the case of a genuine disconnection in the first 30 seconds or quarter of the map, the map may be replayed. This can only be used once per map per player. If a player disconnects on the same map twice in a row, they must deal with the consequences of their disconnect. This rule is to prevent abuse through manually leaving the game after missing on a map.
  • If a player disconnects mid-game, their scores will not be counted towards their team's total, unless adequate proof of said score is provided. The following are considered as acceptable proof:
    • Player point-of-view live stream snippets (commonly referred to as "clips" or "VODs"). The entirety of the play, along with the results screen must be clearly visible along with the affected player's score.
    • Replay files of the play, taken directly from the "Local scores" tab on the affected player's client (the timestamps must exactly match the time at which the game took place, as seen on the multiplayer lobby link).
    • Screenshots from other players taken directly in-game that show the affected player's score.
      • Screenshots from the results screen must clearly show the affected player's score. This is the preferred method.
      • Screenshots taken in-game at the time of disconnection may be accepted. Note that this method does not provide a one-to-one representation of that player's score. Using this method is not encouraged and it may be denied at the referee's discretion if the information provided is not sufficient to identify the player/score.
      • All screenshots MUST be taken using the game itself (using Shift + F12), that is, they must be hosted on the https://osu.ppy.sh/ domain. Any other form of screenshot will be denied.
    • Player scores may be derived from the official stream as a last resort.
